SEAL BEACH, Calif.

Salon Meritage will open following an extensive remodeling, according to the Orange County Register.

Eight people, including the owner of the salon, were killed in the shooting last October. Scott Dekraai, 42, is accused of carrying out the mass murder.

The owner's wife says she's reopening the place in honor of those who died.
