Researchers say women using hormonal contraceptives tend to fall for masculine men with high testosterone levels, but the chemistry fades once the interaction turns into a relationship.
They suggest women switch to non-hormonal contraceptives months before getting married to see if they still like being with their partner.
The study is published online in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences.
