It happened at around 3:20 p.m in an outdoor seating area on the court side near the Piazza di Giorgio Cafe.
Police say a ceiling panel came down on several small tables and a person sitting outside.
The person was transported to Paoli Memorial Hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay.
It's still not clear what caused the ceiling to collapse.
