At about 3:14 p.m., officers responded to reports of a bank robbery on the 500 block of Foothill Boulevard.
The suspect reportedly gave a note to the teller demanding money. The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
An extensive search was conducted by the responding officers, but the suspect was not located.
The suspect was described as a black male adult between 21 and 25 years old, standing around 5 feet 9 inches, weighing about 165 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve collared shirt, dark pants, black Nike shoes and a black New York Yankees baseball cap.
