Arkansas K-9 attacks handcuffed suspect - caught on camera

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A police dog in Arkansas was apparently allowed to attack a handcuffed suspect who was being held down by officers.

The incident happened in September in Green Forest, when police responded to a possible disturbance with a gun.

The graphic scene was captured by the K-9 deputy's body camera. Since the video was uploaded to Facebook, the deputy has been criticized for excessive force.
