Brentwood residents cry foul over private school's construction plans

BRENTWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Archer School for Girls in Brentwood wants to make some big changes on campus, which is raising concern over increased traffic for some local residents.

The private school, located at Sunset Boulevard and Barrington Avenue, has plans to construct an underground parking garage and a visual performing arts center.

Nearby homeowner associations are crying foul over the proposed project. After enduring five years of traffic nightmares caused by the 405 Freeway widening project, some residents say they've had enough.
