1. It almost never happened:
Audiences were getting tired of fairy-tales, Disney reasoned. But they changed their mind with the release of ''Princess and the Frog.''
2. The story changed a lot:
Elsa was originally evil and wore a coat of live weasels. Makes you see the Duke of Weselton in a whole new light, doesn't it?
3. ''Let It Go'' changed everything:
The Oscar-winning song was written in about two days, but it caused a rewrite of the whole story.
4. Anna and Elsa know all about being sisters:
In real life, Idina Menzel, aka Elsa, has a younger sister, and Kristen Bell, who voiced Anna, has older sisters.
5. The inspirations for Anna got to bring her to life:
The youngest Anna is voiced by the songwriters' daughter, while the 9-year-old Anna is voiced by the director's daughter.
6. Anna ALWAYS wants to build a snowman.
Kristen Bell admits that many people have asked the title question of her favorite song, and she always says yes.
7. The animators worked and played hard:
They left southern California to play in the snow in Wyoming so they could draw it more realistically.
8. All Oaken wants to do is direct.
This character's voice actor is directing one of Disney's next big projects, ''Big Hero 6,'' which aired a cute clip on the special last night.
9. Get ready for more ''Frozen!''
The characters will be returning in a new short called ''Frozen Fever'' this spring! That's worth dancing over, right Olaf?
