RESEDA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A teenage girl riding a skateboard with friends in Reseda was struck Saturday by a car that fled the scene.

The hit-and-run accident occurred at about midnight on Lindley Avenue near Victory Boulevard. The woman driving the car was later found and arrested on felony hit-and-run charges.

The teen was taken to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with serious injuries and was expected to recover. No one else in the group was injured, police said.
