Hurricane Matthew slams Florida coast, but starting to weaken

Hurricane Matthew sideswiped Florida's Atlantic coast, swamping streets and knocking out power to more than 1 million people, but stayed far enough offshore to prevent major damage to cities like Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
