IDYLLWILD, Calif. (KABC) -- A preliminary magnitude 3.5 earthquake struck near the Riverside County community of Idyllwild on Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage in the quake, which occurred at 8:14 a.m.
The temblor's epicenter was located 10 miles east-southeast of Valle Vista and 16 miles southwest of Palm Springs.
