Chapel dedicated to Junipero Serra prior to canonization

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Cathedral of Our lady of the Angels in Los Angeles is dedicating a new chapel to the soon-to-be saint, Junipero Serra.

The cathedral is honoring the founder of the California missions as Pope Francis is expected to canonize Serra in Washington next week.
