Body of missing LA man found in Lake Isabella

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The body of a missing Los Angeles man has been found in Lake Isabella.

Nicholas Smith, 25, was on a boating trip with family and friends when he jumped in the water and was carried away by the current.

Search and rescue crews scoured the lake and surrounding areas for days, before eventually finding Smith.

Smith leaves behind a wife and two young children, all of whom witnessed his tragic disappearance.
