ANAHEIM, Calif. -- From newly announced movies to rides and lands under construction at Disney parks around the world, we brought you all the live updates from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
This gathering of official Disney fan club members took place Friday through Sunday, ending with the Disney Legends Award Ceremony at the Honda Center.

Kelly Ripa to be honored as Disney Legend at D23
Kelly Ripa, the co-host of "LIVE with Kelly and Mark," is set to be honored as a Disney Legend at this year's D23.
Ripa is one of 14 honorees at the Disney fan event. Last week on her show, she talked about what the honor means to her.
"I have spent my entire career working for one company, which I didn't think was possible unless you worked for New Jersey Transit," she said. "My dad did that, and so I did not know that was a thing, especially in the entertainment industry, so I am very grateful that Disney has kept me employed."
