PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. -- The search for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, the mother of "Today" host Savannah Guthrie, began after she was abducted from her home near Tucson, Arizona, on Sunday, Feb. 1, authorities said.

The Guthrie family has made multiple public pleas for any information surrounding their missing mother.

On Feb. 10, the FBI released an updated missing person poster that includes images of a potential subject from newly released doorbell camera video.

Search for Nancy Guthrie enters 10th day

The search for Nancy Guthrie entered a tenth day on Tuesday.

The FBI said Monday that it has not yet identified a suspect or person of interest in the case and is "not aware of any continued communication between the Guthrie family and suspected kidnappers."

"We are currently operating a 24-hour command post that includes crisis management experts, analytic support, and investigative teams. But we still need the public's help," the FBI said in a statement. "Someone has that one piece of information that can help us bring Nancy home."

Savannah Guthrie pleads with public, 'We need your help'

Savannah Guthrie on Monday released a new direct plea to the public, begging for help to find her mom.

"We are at an hour of desperation, and we need your help," Savannah Guthrie said in an Instagram video, speaking directly to the camera.

"We believe our mom is still out there. We need your help," she said. "Law enforcement is working tirelessly, around the clock, trying to bring her home."

"She was taken, and we don't know where, and we need your help," she said. "So I'm coming on just to ask you ... no matter where you are ... if you see anything, if you hear anything, if there's anything at all that seems strange to you, that you report to law enforcement."

Savannah Guthrie thanked everyone for their prayers and love, and said she believes her mom is feeling those prayers, too.
