Photo of 2 little girls sleeping, holding hands at Mississippi preschool goes viral

A photo of two little girls fast asleep while holding hands has melted hearts across the Internet.

A teacher at Presbyterian Day School in Mississippi snapped the photo and posted it to the school's Facebook page on Tuesday.

By Sunday morning, the photo had been shared more than 3,800 times. It was captioned with a Bible verse.

Many who shared the photo said they are inspired by the themes of love and racial harmony.
