TALLAHASSEE, FL -- More than a hundred of these slithery pythons have been caught in the Florida everglades in the last month.
They were captured as part of the state's annual python challenge. Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission officials say 106 snakes were captured in total.
The snake hunt drew more than a thousand brave souls, who hunted for the Burmese python in an effort to reduce their population.
The largest snake was 15-feet long and weighed 125 pounds.
It's enough to give Indiana Jones the heebie jeebies.
