IRVINE, Calif. (KABC) -- Jason "Mayhem" Miller, an MMA fighter and former TV host who has had multiple run-ins with police, is in trouble again, this time for allegedly driving drunk in Orange County.

Miller, 35, added to his rap sheet Sunday when Irvine police, responding to a report of an intoxicated driver, pulled over his Subaru sedan at Spectrum and Enterprise drives around 1:30 a.m.

Officers said a field sobriety test determined Miller was drunk and he was arrested without incident. He was booked at the Orange County Jail for driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test.

Miller last fought in 2012, after which he was banned from the UFC. His next fight is scheduled for May 21 in Italy for an event called Venator FC.

Miller also hosted a reality show on MTV called "Bully Beatdown" in which bullies are challenged to fight professional mixed martial artists.

Miller has been arrested several times in recent years, on charges that range from domestic violence to assaulting police officers.

In October 2014 he was involved in a standoff with SWAT officers at his Mission Viejo home and live tweeted from inside for several hours before officers broke down his door and took him into custody.

Only hours after his DUI arrest this week on Super Bowl Sunday, Miller made light of his legal problems with a tweet reacting to a commercial aired during the game: "As someone who has successfully outrun the cops, I would advise against a Prius."
