A 3.4 magnitude earthquake struck the Ontario area early Tuesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake hit around 3:30 a.m. nearly four miles east of Ontario. It struck at a depth of about four and a half miles, but there were not reports of any injuries or damage.
Several people reported feeling shaking across the immediate area, including in Riverside, Fontana and Chino.
