
WINNETKA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Thieves made off with about $90,000 in jewelry and cash after breaking into a home in Winnetka overnight.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. Saturday on the 7600 block of Quakertown Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The homeowners weren't home at the time but say they got an alert through their Ring camera.
Police say two suspects broke in through a back window and made their getaway with a safe filled with jewelry and money.
By the time officers arrived, the burglars were gone.
