Car catches on fire following crash with big rig in Granada Hills; 1 dead

GRANADA HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One person was killed Thursday night when a car caught on fire after colliding with a big rig in Granada Hills.

The crash was reported at about 8:45 p.m. at Rinaldi Street and Andasol Avenue. One person in the car was killed.

Nearby streets were closed while the crash was under investigation.
