NoHo standoff-chase suspect was wanted on 7 felony counts

Nolan Perez, the suspect who led Los Angeles police on a pursuit before barricading himself inside a North Hollywood home Monday, was wanted on seven felony counts including stalking and criminal threats.

Neighbors of the 41-year-old's parents said they were surprised by Perez's alleged actions and arrest.
