College Football Playoff predictions: Who's most likely to make the field

Week 2 was supposed to be about the high-profile SEC-Big Ten games: Oklahoma-Michiganand Ohio State-Texas.

While those two games proved entertaining in their own ways -- the Wolverines won a defensive battle with the Sooners and the Longhorns came back from a 20-point deficit -- the most impactful might be the Big Ten-Big 12 game: Oregon-Oklahoma State.

The Ducks, who routed the Pokes last season, were 23.5-point favorites. But behind 554 total yards of offense from Drew Mestemaker and the Cowboys' offense, OSU pulled off the 39-31 win. Oregon's loss has knocked the Ducks out of the playoff projections.

There is a long way to go until the College Football Playoff selections, but these games will certainly be factors.
