Comedians mourned the death of one of their own. Joan Rivers died Thursday at 81.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The death of Joan Rivers dealt the comedy community another blow, just weeks after the passing of Robin Williams.

Many considered Rivers as having paved the way for other female comedians.
