Dozens of passengers on Disneyland Monorail evacuated

ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) -- Dozens of passengers on the Disneyland Monorail were forced to evacuate Thursday evening due to a mechanical issue.

According to the Anaheim Fire Department, there were 60 people on board and crews used a ladder to bring them down.

A Disneyland Resort spokesperson told Eyewitness News the monorail's beam lost power Thursday afternoon, impacting two trains.

No injuries were reported.
