WILMINGTON, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A driver slammed into a Wilmington home early Sunday, flipping the vehicle and leaving it standing upright.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. along Pacific Coast Highway near Wilmington Boulevard. A witness said the driver was speeding before losing control.
"She went in between a parked car and the light pole, hit the corner fence here and flipped ... she was going pretty fast," he said.
The woman behind the wheel was able to exit the car on her own. It was not immediately clear whether she or anyone inside the home was injured.
Police have not said whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash, and no arrests have been reported.
