Russian immigrant donates mermaid statues to Ventura

VENTURA, Calif. (KABC) -- There's now a second mermaid guarding Ventura Harbor.

A cello-playing mermaid has joined her flute-playing sister. ABC7 talked to the Russian immigrant who found the statues and donated them to his adopted city of Ventura.
