SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles police are seeking the public's help in finding a man who is suspected of at least six sexual assaults across the San Fernando Valley.

The suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Damian Denzell Robinson, who is known sex offender, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The alleged assaults all happened within the span of six hours on April 19.

It started around 9:10 a.m. Sunday when the suspect approached an elderly woman at a business near Devonshire Street and Balboa Boulevard. The LAPD says he pulled down her pants, grabbed her and sexually assaulted her before fleeing.

A similar situation happened to another elderly woman near Forbes Avenue and Calahan Street some 45 minutes after that. That woman was able to hold her waistband up and confront the suspect, police said.

The suspect fled, but just five minutes later, a woman walking near Lassen Street and Encino Avenue was grabbed from behind and filmed with the suspect's cellphone.

At 11:15 a.m., a fourth victim inside a food market on Vanowen Street and Corbin Avenue was approached from behind and assaulted.

At 12:37 p.m., at a different food market near Mason Avenue and Sherman Way, the suspect pulled down the pants and underwear of another woman and recorded the victim on his cellphone.

The sixth incident happened at 3:20 p.m. in the restroom of a retail store near Corbin Avenue and Nordoff Street. The suspect allegedly recorded the woman from underneath the bathroom stall with his phone.

According to the LAPD, Robinson has a prior conviction for indecent exposure and lewd conduct.

Police believe there may be more victims, and they are asking them to come forward.
