7-year-old boy found safe after going missing in Santa Monica; father in custody

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (KABC) -- A 7-year-old boy was found safe after going missing in Santa Monica earlier this week.

King Darius Lozada was found Thursday after he was last seen two days before in an alley near Arizona Avenue and Berkeley Street, triggering a search for him.

His father, Darius Clay Jackson, is in police custody. Details about the situation have not been released.
