Woman killed in Hyde Park crash involving alleged DUI driver

HYDE PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A woman is dead after a violent and deadly crash in Hyde Park.

Police say two cars were both traveling northbound on Crenshaw around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday when the crash happened just south of 48th Street.

The woman died at the scene.

Police detained one driver for possible driving under the influence.
