VIDEO: Robert Garcia becomes 1st Latino, openly gay Long Beach mayor

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Robert Garcia, 36, beat his opponent, Damon Dunn, with 52 percent of the votes to become Long Beach's youngest mayor in the city's history, and the first openly-gay person to hold the position.
