Simi Valley fireworks show goes on

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (KABC) -- Families and friends gathered in a Simi Valley park in anticipation of Friday's Fourth of July fireworks show, despite last year's accident that shot fireworks into the crowd and left dozens injured.

Last year's fireworks company is putting on the show again, but the company says it has revamped its safety procedures since the accident.
