Star-studded Race to Erase MS gala brings awareness, funding and hope

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Celebrities, advocates and people living with multiple sclerosis came together Friday night for the 33rd annual Race to Erase MS gala, raising money and awareness for research aimed at finding a cure.

The star-studded event drew actors, athletes and major names in entertainment, but organizers emphasized the mission behind the red carpet.

"This red carpet isn't just about who's arriving- it's about what they're showing up for," attendees noted, highlighting the focus on advancing treatment and, ultimately, a cure.
