Westminster smash-n-grab jewelry store robbery caught on camera

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (KABC) -- Alarming video shows a group of robbers barging into a Westminster jewelry store and taking sledgehammers to the cases.

Crystal-clear surveillance video captured Wednesday's crime.

After smashing the glass, the suspects reach into the cases and scoop out handfuls of jewelry as employees watch in terror.

The owners of Jean's Jewelry are asking for help on Facebook to identify the robbers.

Anyone with information on the suspects is urged to call Westminster police.
