Newport Beach police say a man is breaking into homes to watch women sleep.Investigators released a composite sketch of the man they believe has broken into more than a dozen homes over the past three months. Police say the man enters through unlocked doors and stands above women, watching them as they sleep. Anyone with information is urged to call the Newport Police Department at (949) 644-3717.
