Report: Carona's wife skimmed free tickets

ORANGE COUNTY The Orange County Register reports that Fair Director Deborah Carona, the wife of former Sheriff Michael Carona, took the most tickets over the past two years.

The paper says the board was warned about the handouts.

The state is considering withholding the fair's budget if the fair doesn't come into compliance.
