LOS ANGELES --
Commuter trains running through the San Fernando Valley are back on schedule after a deadly accident in Sun Valley Wednesday morning.Metrolink train 106 was heading from Ventura to Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles when the train hit a man at about 8 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
It's still unclear why he was on the tracks.
None of the 436 passengers on board the train were injured, and the investigation shut down the tracks for several hours but has since been cleared.
