The driver was struck in the head. The driver and the front-seat passenger in the Buick were injured and taken to a hospital. Two small children in car-seats in the back seat of the Buick were unhurt.
The suspect vehicle was last seen driving south on E Street. That vehicle and its driver have not been located.
