Young man found guilty in ATM murder

LOS ANGELES, Calif. /*McKenzie Bryant*/, 24, shot and killed /*Mylus Mondy*/ last year, at an ATM in Los Angeles. Prosecutors say Mondy tried to run, but Bryant shot him in the back.

Bryant will be sentenced in September.

The district attorney decided not to seek the death penalty, but he will face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
