LOS ANGELES --Rain and gusty winds on Wednesday morning are causing power outages.The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power says electricity has been restored to approximately 26,000 customers, but nearly 14,000 are still without power.

Crews continue to work to get power back on.
The following communities were affected by the outage:
- South Los Angeles: 1,200
- Venice/Mar Vista: 4,133
- Highland Park: 2,230
- Silver Lake: 2,000
- Wilmington: 1,270
- Park La Brea: 490
Southern California Edison said 459 customers in Garden Grove are without power due to the storm.
