Search underway for killer in Pico Rivera

PICO RIVERA, Calif. The victim was found in an alley along Rosemead Boulevard around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. He had been shot in the upper torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A person driving in the area found the body.

Deputies don't know what led up to the shooting and no arrests have been made.
