LOS ANGELES --A water main break that flooded a West Adams area neighborhood is being fixed. The four inch main ruptured early Thursday morning near the 5200 block of Westhaven Street. The main broke right under a parked car sending a massive geyser into the air. Department of Water and Power crews were called out to shut off the water.
Fortunately, no customers lost their service but at least one car was damaged. Workers told the owner he couldn't move it because there was a danger of it falling into a sinkhole.
