Coroner releases full Brittany Murphy autopsy

LOS ANGELES, Calif. The complete report was released on Thursday. It showed that severe anemia had left her weak and vulnerable to pneumonia. And, her menstrual period contributed to her anemia, leaving her open to infection.

The report also stated that the prescription medications found in Murphy's system were consistent with treatment of a respiratory illness, but contributed to her death.

The coroner's office ruled her death accidental.

The 32-year-old died after collapsing in her Hollywood Hills home on December 20.
