Herbierto Solis, 25, was arrested, accused of driving the stolen car that hit them. He's facing murder, felony hit-and-run, and vehicle burglary charges. He's also charged with child endangerment because he allegedly had a child with him at the time of the accident.
Glory Gurola, 20, who was in the car with him, was also arrested and charged with child endangerment.
