Dr. Drew's stalker ordered for mental eval

PASADENA, Calif. The criminal complaint alleges that Charles William Pearson, 33, stalked Pinsky between November 1st and March 3rd, and that he made criminal threats between February 1st and February 28th against the doctor and four of his family members.

He was arrested March 3rd at Pierce College in Woodland Hills. Pearson's attorney declared a doubt about his client's mental competency during a hearing in Pasadena Superior Court. He pleaded not guilty March 5th to one count of stalking and five counts of criminal threats.

Pearson is set to return to Pasadena Superior Court on April 19th.
