Indecent exposure delays commuter train

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. Simi Valley Police say the female victim was waiting for the northbound Amtrak train, when Steven Soliz, 32, of Simi Valley, exposed himself to her.

Soliz then proceeded to board the train. The woman immediately called police.

When officers arrived, they briefly delayed the train to search for the suspect. The victim identified Soliz as the suspect. No other witnesses came forward.

Soliz was issued a misdemeanor citation for lewd conduct and released.
