WASHINGTON --An economic adviser to Senator Barbara Boxer has quit after being arrested for allegedly trying to bring marijuana into his Senate office building. The Washington Post reports Marcus Stanley was stopped by Capitol Hill police at an entrance to the Hart building on Tuesday.
Officers found a green, leafy substance that later tested positive for marijuana.
