Dogs visit kids spending Xmas in hospital bed

WESTWOOD, Calif. Fifteen dogs sauntered through the halls of the pediatric unit, along with their volunteer handlers.

The visit helped to brighten the holidays for kids who will be spending Christmas in a hospital bed.

The dogs were even dressed up for the occasion

"She looks like a snow monster and she's just really fluffy," said Hossain Nowaid, a hospital patient.

These dogs are specially trained as part of /*UCLA*/'s People-Animal Connection, an animal-assisted therapy program.
