The festival at the Empire Polo Club featured about 120 acts spread across six stages. About 80,000 people or more are expected to have attended the festival.
Kings of Leon was the big act for Friday, the first day of the event. Kanye West closed the festival with a performance on Sunday.
Others who performed over the weekend included Arcade Fire, Cee Lo Green, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill and the Black Keys.
Police said 49 people were arrested over the three-day event mostly for drug or alcohol offenses.
