Officials said Andrea Adame was found at a distribution warehouse in Texas on Wednesday night after she reportedly told a friend she was in Waco.
For unknown reasons, Adame fabricated a story to her parents about going to the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Calif. over the weekend, according to investigators.
When she didn't come home after the concert ended, her parents grew concerned and reported her missing.
Officials said Adame hitchhiked from California to Texas, catching different rides from semi-truck drivers.
Adame's parents have been notified, and they're arranging for her to return to Fontana.
