The lions are among 29 seized since Bolivia outlawed the use of animals in circuses in 2010.
Barker, the former "Price is Right" host and longtime animal activist, paid for them all to be airlifted to the United States.
The animals have spent the past few months being treated by veterinarians.
On Tuesday, they were set loose in the habitat, which is similar to an African savannah.
